Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. On request I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement under out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance to confirm coverage for outpatient mental health services before scheduling.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. I provide one before our first session and any time the expected cost meaningfully changes.

Cancellation

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full session rate, except in true emergencies.
